Terms and Conditions lb9 — The Complete Guide for Every Member

By registering an account, accessing, or using any service provided by lb9 through the platform at lb9.one, you hereby agree to be fully bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use the lb9 platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and lb9 as the platform operator. This document is to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy each of which forms part of this overall agreement.

To register and use the lb9 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. lb9 enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit the use of online gaming platforms.
• Not a self-excluded player: You are not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform and are not subject to any gambling prohibition imposed by any authority.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the lb9 platform at any given time. Registering a second or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all fund balances and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for:

Lb9 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including copies of a national ID, bank statement, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

Lb9 maintains a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, manipulation, or unfair behaviour that could compromise the integrity of the platform or the experience of other players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automation software: The use of bots, automation scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any tool that enables gameplay without direct human intervention is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Any form of collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Money laundering: lb9 does not permit this platform to be used for any money laundering or illegal activity financing. lb9 cooperates fully with authorities in related investigations.
• Bug exploitation: Any technical glitch or system error discovered must be reported to lb9 immediately. Exploiting bugs for unauthorized gain is a serious violation of these terms.
• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's identity or providing false information is prohibited and may result in legal action being taken.

Lb9 reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or terminate any user account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• The player has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• There are signs of fraudulent activity, manipulation, or platform abuse.
• The player has failed to provide the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for the period specified under lb9's account eligibility policy.
• The player has requested the closure of their own account through lb9's customer support channel.
• Lb9 has been directed to do so by an authority with the appropriate jurisdiction.

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, lb9 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining funds, including the original deposit and any pending wins. If termination is at the player's own request with no violations involved, any legitimate balance will be returned after the review process is complete.

Lb9 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we continuously strive to ensure uninterrupted platform operation, lb9 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, service disruptions, or security issues beyond our control.

• Technical disruption: lb9 is not liable for any financial losses or inconvenience caused by technical disruptions, scheduled system maintenance, or issues originating from third parties such as game software providers or payment gateways.
• Game results: lb9 is not responsible for game outcomes that are unfavourable to players. All games use independently verified RNG and results are entirely random.
• Indirect losses: Under no circumstances shall lb9 be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform.

Lb9's liability to any player in any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
